As a Parking Lot Assistant Supervisor, you will guide a team while providing guests with swift access to resort facilities. Essential skills include effective leadership and commitment to safety. You will engage with customers, assist with grounds upkeep, and maintain cleanliness in the parking area to enhance their experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct and motivate parking attendants in daily operations
• Support training and development for a positive employee experience
• Manage guest traffic flow and assist with parking




• Ensure cleanliness in the parking areas and drop-off zones
• Monitor equipment and assist with various tasks as needed
Requirements:
• Valid Class 5 Alberta Driver's license with a clean record
• 3+ years driving experience and solid interpersonal skills
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• Strong commitment to safety in all work conditions
• Must pass a police background check
