Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Restaurant Server to provide exceptional guest service in a fast-paced dining workplace. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tables efficiently. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a memorable dining experience for all guests. Previous restaurant experience and familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS are preferred. The Restaurant Server plays a vital role in maintaining sanitation standards, food safety, and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems like Micros POS
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
Handle cash transactions accurately and perform cashiering duties
Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and adherence to food safety regulations
Assist in setting up tables, cleaning work areas, and resetting stations for recent guests




Address guest inquiries professionally and resolve any issues promptly
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and restaurant policies

Experience
Previous experience in food service or hospitality industry preferred
Familiarity with restaurant POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests effectively
Ability to manage time efficiently during busy periods
Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments accurately
Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices
Experience with food handling, preparation, or kitchen operations is a plus
Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items and provide excellent guest services

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
