SERVICE & PARTS COORDINATOR – FULL TIME

Our company has been in the forklift business for over 24 years, and we are looking for a reliable and organized Service & Parts Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities:
Answer service calls and emails and schedule service appointments
Coordinate daily service activities with our mechanic team
Communicate with customers regarding service status and appointments
Arrange equipment pickups and deliveries
Order parts and maintain inventory
Complete service paperwork and maintain accurate records

Qualifications:
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work in a busy setting
Positive computer skills




Previous service coordination or scheduling experience is an asset
Automotive dealership experience as a Service Coordinator or Service Advisor is welcome
Mechanical or forklift industry experience is an asset
