For nearly 40 years, Ensil has been a trusted leader in Electronics R&D;, PCB Design & Integration, and PCB Repair & Rework, serving the Industrial, Aerospace, Defence, Robotics, and Medical sectors.
We are seeking an experienced Technical Sales Manager who combines strong technical knowledge with proven sales and customer-facing expertise. This role is critical in bridging engineering and customers, understanding complex technical requirements and translating them into tailored solutions.
The ideal candidate has a solid background in electronics or PCB-based products/services, robust relationship-building skills, and a track record of driving revenue in technically demanding environments.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage relationships with customers across industrial, aerospace, defence, robotics, and medical sectors
Understand customer technical requirements and collaborate closely with engineering teams to propose effective solutions
Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, quoting, negotiation, and closing
Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, and presentations
Identify new business opportunities and support strategic growth initiatives
Represent Ensil professionally at customer meetings, site visits, and industry events
Essential Qualifications
University degree in any engineering desciplines
minimum 10 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or applications engineering within electronics, PCB, or Product design environments
Proven ability to build long-term customer relationships and close deals
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Compensation & Advantages
Competitive base salary: CA$70,000 – CA$110,000 per year
