Job Title: Temporary Treasury Analyst

What you will be doing:

Manage daily cash positioning file including spot FX purchases and requesting Account Transfers to balance accounts

Update Metal file and maintain continuity based on gold sales and site shipments

Review monthly calculations for steaming settlements

Maintain Masbate Master Bullion schedule {may transition to site at some point}

Review Refiner invoices {may transition to site at some point}

Provide support to Accounting team for daily transactions and reconciliations

Ensure all corporate metal sales and FX confirmations are signed and promptly sent to the bank





Initiate transfer letters to the refiners to settle metal on spot sales

Prepare offshore invoices for cash calls

Input data into Axedras

Ad hoc requests required for audit and/or SOX purposes
