We are actively recruiting for a Weekend Respite Caregiver to support a nonverbal female in her personal home with all activities of daily living.

She enjoys dancing, listening to music and singing.

Location:
Cloverdale, BC (Near Cloverdale Rodeo)

Shifts and Hours:
Weekend Respite for some weekends or all weekends per month
Starting Friday at 2:00pm and ending Monday at 10:00am
This is in the individuals home with a bedroom in an above ground basement suite is offered

Compensation
$700 per weekend (From Friday to Monday)

Responsibilities (but not limited to):
All activities of daily living such as full support with hygiene and personal care
Assistance with cooking and feeding
Going into the community for activities
Assistance during the night when needed, she typically sleeps through the night but may require occasional assistance. (She has not been sleeping a lot lately, so the respite worker may experience broken sleep)




She is nonverbal and communicates through facial expressions and noises

Qualifications
Valid First Aid is required
Preference for caregiver of Christian faith or open to it
Must be able to be part of a team and work along side the family

Pay: $700.00 per week
