Facilitate crisis and safety planning for youth and families

Maintain accurate case notes and reports Requirements:
Undergraduate degree in Social Work or related field
2+ years experience working with youth and families
Knowledge of trauma-informed practices
Certification in Wraparound Facilitator Training
