Become a critical security presence at York University as a Campus Safety Official III. Utilize an intervention-based security model to ensure safety and respond to emergencies on campus. This role requires a Community College diploma in security or related fields and a valid Ontario Security Guard licence.

You’ll ideally have over three years of experience in security services and skills in non-violent conflict resolution. Being proactive in crime prevention and handling emergencies while maintaining a robust community presence is essential. Key Responsibilities:
Provide proactive patrol presence across campus
Respond to service calls and crime incidents
Participate in crime prevention initiatives
Conduct regular reports and follow-ups on safety matters
Maintain emergency readiness and situational awareness Requirements:
Community College diploma in Law and Security
Valid Ontario Security Guard and Class 'G' Driver's license
Minimum 3 years' experience in security services
First Aid and CPR certification required
