As a key member of our dedicated team, you will help individuals navigate behavioral challenges while promoting their health and well-being. This position requires a minimum two-year diploma, experience in trauma-informed practices, and robust communication skills.

You will work with multidisciplinary teams to develop supportive strategies and implement care plans for each resident.

Key Responsibilities:
Participate in assessments and goal-setting for individuals
Maintain accurate documentation on progress and care plans




Ensure individuals' safety and physical needs are met
Drive and accompany clients to appointments and events
Facilitate recreational and educational activities

Requirements:
Minimum two-year diploma or equivalent experience
Proven ability working with behavioral support needs
Certifications in First Aid and CPR (will train)
Valid BC Class 5 Driver's License
Knowledge of relevant care approaches

Support the holistic development of youth and children through tailored care and life skills management.
