Nova Scotia Health is hiring a Health Care Social Worker (Bachelor level) for the Western Zone. You will participate in an interdisciplinary team, provide psychosocial assessments and support planning for patients across care settings.

The role requires a BSW, NS Social Workers registration, and 2 years' post-degree experience. English/French language skills are assets; travel between sites may be required.
