Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day leadership and support to the Wellness Team
Manage performance and development of team members
Conduct Wellness Assessments and implement Care Plans




Support compliance and quality improvement initiatives
Administer medications and documentation accurately

Requirements:
Registered Practical Nurse with the College of Nurses of Ontario
At least 5 years' experience in a similar setting
Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience
Robust clinical assessment and decision-making skills
Must have CPR/First Aid certification
