Lead strategic initiatives as the VP of Strategy and Operations at RELX. This role focuses on procurement transformation, technology enhancement, and process optimization within a global framework. In this senior leadership position, you will partner with the Chief Procurement Officer to develop impactful category strategies and enhance the procurement operating model.

Qualified candidates will bring deep expertise in procurement strategy, operational excellence, and technology integration. You will also influence senior business executives and mentor a diverse team to drive results across multiple business areas. Key Responsibilities:
Develop Global Procurement multi-year strategy aligned with business goals
Create transformation roadmap with transparent objectives and owners




Oversee source-to-contract process design and performance
Drive automation, simplification, and self-service initiatives
Partner with PMO for aligned execution of improvement projects Requirements:
Extensive senior experience in procurement or transformation
Proven record of delivering functional transformation
Knowledge of source-to-pay lifecycle and major S2P platforms
Robust commercial fluency, able to engage with CFOs
Experience leading and developing distributed teams Elevate procurement practices at RELX while driving impactful decisions in a complex, multi-business setting.
