This role involves preparing various hot and cold menu items, ensuring high food safety standards, and maintaining a clean workspace. Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a secure and clean kitchen workplace
Prepare hot and cold food items including salads and sandwiches
Complete HACCP and production logs for food safety
Assist in cleaning duties and regular kitchen organization
Transport and manage kitchen supplies efficiently

Requirements:
Experience in large-scale cooking environments
Food Secure certification preferred
Must pass a Criminal Background Check
