As a Property Manager, you'll drive leadership for a team managing residential properties. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor assistant property managers and maintenance staff
• Oversee leasing processes and follow up on applications




• Manage and facilitate lease renewals 90 days in advance
• Conduct thorough inspections and address resident complaints
• Ensure timely maintenance and repair responses
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience
• Valid driver's license and clean driver’s abstract
• Accredited property manager certification preferred
• Willing to work outside normal hours as needed
