Provide explicit management information for reports and meetings
Handle first line support for customer inquiries
Progress invoice and card production queries to resolution
Document client engagement and analyze trends
Collaborate to meet all Service Level Agreements Requirements:
3+ years of customer facing experience
Robust interpersonal and communication skills
Proven ability to adapt to diverse client cultures
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
