Duties
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements to ensure comfort and safety
Monitor theatre entrances and exits to maintain security and prevent unauthorized access
Provide clear directions and information about showtimes, amenities, and theatre policies through confident public speaking
Assist guests with ticketing, including cash handling and verifying reservations or memberships
Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly, demonstrating excellent customer service skills




Support food service operations by assisting with snack bar sales or concessions when needed

Experience
Previous experience working with children or in hospitality environments is preferred but not required
Robust public speaking skills to communicate effectively with diverse audiences
Proven customer service experience, demonstrating professionalism and friendliness
Experience in guest services or hospitality roles that involve multitasking in a fast-paced setting
Basic cash handling skills for ticket sales or concessions transactions
Food service experience is a plus, especially in maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
Ability to remain energetic, attentive, and approachable throughout long shifts
