We're looking for an experienced UX Designer to join our team supporting a public sector client. If you're passionate about user-centered design and thrive in a team-oriented, mission-driven setting, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll do:
Design intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling interfaces for web and mobile applications
Lead UX projects from discovery through delivery — including research, wireframes, prototypes, and user testing
Facilitate design workshops and alignment sessions with stakeholders and business users
Conduct and manage end-to-end user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing) and translate findings into actionable design decisions
Collaborate closely with developers, QA specialists, and business stakeholders to bring product visions to life
Create sitemaps, user flows, journey maps, mockups, and prototypes across a wide range of devices and interfaces

What you bring:
Proven experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer, or Interactive Designer for web and mobile
Strong proficiency with Figma, Canva,



or similar design and prototyping tools
Ability to define and lead UX initiatives and facilitate stakeholder workshops
Explicit, concise communication skills — you can explain design thinking to both technical and non-technical audiences
A track record of meeting deadlines and managing competing priorities

Nice to have:
Prior Ontario Public Service (OPS) or broader public sector experience
Familiarity with the Ontario Design System and Ontario's Digital Service Standard
Experience with WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility requirements
Background navigating complex stakeholder environments or legacy systems
