At Swissport, we seek a dedicated individual to support the pre-screening of passengers traveling to the U.S. You will verify travel documents, conduct inspections, and manage passenger flow through preclearance areas. This role requires a focus on customer service and attention to detail within our core values. Key Responsibilities:
Verify passengers' passports and travel documents
Conduct preliminary checks for U.S. preclearance requirements
Process passengers through designated screening areas
Identify and report documentation discrepancies
Maintain accurate passenger records and follow procedures Requirements:
High School diploma or GED equivalent
Communication skills in French and English
Minimum 1 year relevant experience
Able to work split shifts up to 32 hours/week
At least 18 years old and eligible to work in Canada Join Swissport and deliver exceptional customer service in an aviation setting.
