CarePartners is seeking a Nurse Specialized in Wound, Ostomy & Continence (NSWOC) to deliver wound and ostomy consultation in clinic and community settings in Woodstock, ON. The role supports a broad range of client needs with focus on evidence-based wound care and interprofessional collaboration.
Full time, 8–12 hour shifts across a 2-week rotation including weekends and on-call. Competitive wage grid, mileage reimbursement, and comprehensive orientation are provided.
