Powertrain is seeking a skilled Tool and Die Maker with a minimum of 7 years experience in advanced transfer dies.
Your role will involve building tools, managing spare parts, and driving continuous improvements while working collaboratively with European suppliers. Bring your technical skills to a premier supplier within the global automotive industry. Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain tools as directed
Develop current dies and troubleshoot issues
Manage spare parts inventory effectively
Document tooling history accurately
Establish maintenance intervals for all tooling Requirements:
Valid Ontario tool & die maker certificate
7+ years experience in fineblanking
Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of blueprint reading and GD&T;
