You will mentor cooks, supervise prep and service, ensure consistent presentation, uphold HACCP and safety standards, and collaborate with Sous Chefs, Pastry, Garde Manger, and Stewarding to meet demanding guest expectations, while maintaining calm leadership under pressure.
