At School of Rock Vancouver, we're seeking a passionate Vocal Instructor. This part time role requires delivering music instruction using our unique School of Rock Method and documenting student progress. You'll inspire creativity while ensuring students grasp fundamental music principles in a supportive workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver lessons via the School of Rock Method and resources
• Document student progress in our systems after lessons
• Maximize instruction quality for private lessons and shows
• Develop and maintain thoughtful lesson plans
• Communicate regularly with parents about student progress
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years experience in music performance or teaching
• Ability to teach vocals at various levels
• Degree in music or music theory
• Robust customer service and organization skills
• Clear criminal record background check required
