We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic person to join our team starting late November or early December. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and a positive attitude. You do not need any travel experience, although it is welcome.
Your schedule is somewhat flexible and you will mostly work from home as long as you have a solid Internet connection and a quiet place to work. However, you will need to visit the physical office occassionally in Edmonton and travel internationally four to six weeks a year, more if you want.
Duties
Answer emails and phone calls in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their needs and inquiries promptly.
Provide information about products and services, helping customers make informed decisions.
Updating of Google Spreadsheets.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery.
Handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
Travel to the US and internationally 4 or 5 times a year.
Must be able to travel freely, worldwide, with no travel restrictions.
We do not offer/provide US visas, you must have your own.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling transparent interactions with customers and team members.
A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to recent challenges as they arise.
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
