The Manager, Estimating is responsible for leading the estimating team and overseeing the preparation of accurate, competitive, and commercially sound bids across civil construction, mining, forestry, infrastructure, and industrial projects.
This role drives bid strategy, cost estimating, risk assessment, and pre-construction planning to support profitable growth and successful project delivery.
Working closely with operations, project management, procurement, and executive leadership, the Manager, Estimating establishes estimating standards, mentors team members, and promotes continuous improvement to ensure high-quality, consistent estimating practices that align with organizational objectives.
