Compass Group Canada is seeking a Sous Chef to support the Executive Chef, supervise kitchen staff, and ensure production standards are met on a rapid-paced line. You will cook and prepare foods to recipes, coordinate schedules, and maintain sanitation across equipment and stations.
The ideal candidate has four years of supervisory culinary experience, holds FoodSafe Level 1, and has post-secondary culinary education with robust banquet and catering knowledge.
