Newprint is seeking an Industrial Designer specialized in Print and Packaging in Ottawa, ON. This role focuses on CAD design, client collaboration, and innovative packaging solutions.
As a pivotal part of our team, you will utilize your skills as a Printing Pre-Press and Structural CAD Technician. Your responsibilities encompass creating print-ready designs, developing unique carton structures, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. In addition, you'll conduct feasibility studies and stay ahead of market trends to provide fresh ideas.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with clients to understand packaging objectives
• Create and modify CAD packaging designs accurately
• Design cutting-edge carton structures per specifications




• Develop 2D and 3D prototypes for visualization

Requirements:
