As an Assistant Branch Manager, you will report to the Market Director and focus on leading Financial Advisors. Your expertise in sales and financial services will help meet the needs of our members. Engaging in coaching, monitoring targets, and promoting recent business opportunities will be core to your success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Motivate and coach team members to enhance financial fitness
• Pursue current business opportunities proactively
• Ensure branch financial targets are met or exceeded
• Promote referrals to Wealth Management and Business Banking
• Adhere to policies and loss prevention guidelines

Requirements:
• 5 years of retail banking experience
• Minimum 3 years as a Financial Advisor
• Strong knowledge of lending and credit
• Post-secondary education in Finance is an asset
• IFIC certification is beneficial
