Team Lead / Shift Supervisor – Bagel Barn Burlington

Location: Burlington, Ontario

Job Type: Full-Time / Part time

Bagel Barn is looking for a reliable, energetic and experienced team member who has the potential to take on a leadership role in our Burlington location.

We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced setting, takes initiative and can help keep the store running smoothly. The right candidate will have the confidence and ability to take charge of a shift when the Store Manager is not present.

Responsibilities:
Provide friendly, efficient customer service.
Work alongside the team preparing orders and serving customers.
Help direct staff and keep service moving during busy periods.
Take initiative and recognize what needs to be done without constant direction.
Ensure daily prep, cleaning and closing checklists are completed.
Maintain food quality, cleanliness and store standards.




Take responsibility for the shift when the Store Manager is not present.

What We're Looking For:
Previous restaurant, café or quick-service food experience.
Prior supervisory or team leadership experience is an asset.
Solid work ethic and a positive attitude.
Ability to stay organized and work efficiently under pressure.
Comfortable providing direction to other employees.
Dependable, punctual and willing to take responsibility.
Availability to work weekends.

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
