Dollarama is seeking an Assistant Team Leader to support Store Operations, lead a small team, and ensure exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail workplace in Summerland, BC. You will assist with daily tasks, train staff, manage cash duties, and help maintain a safe, organized store.
The role requires about 1 year of retail experience, a year in a supervisory role, and adaptable availability including weekends. Robust communication and teamwork skills are essential to success.
