This in office role reports to the Manufacturing Engineer Manager and focuses on NPI support, throughput improvements, and standards compliance. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in manufacturing or electrical design, strong analytical skills, and CAD proficiency (AutoCAD/SolidWorks).
