Surveillance Operator

This position will begin with full-time hours to cover a leave of absence, with the opportunity to transition into a part time, casual role once the leave coverage is complete.

What You’ll Do
Monitor video surveillance systems to help protect guests, employees, and company assets.
Identify, observe, and report potential violations of AGLC Terms and Conditions and company policies.
Support investigations and help maintain a safe, fair, and secure gaming workplace.
Communicate professionally with internal departments, law enforcement, and regulatory officials.
Work closely with Security and Gaming teams to protect the integrity of casino operations.

What You Bring
Strong attention to detail and the ability to remain focused while working independently.




Knowledge of AGLC regulations and casino operations.
Excellent communication skills and sound judgment.
Comfort using computers, radios, and surveillance equipment.
Must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid AGLC Gaming Licence or be eligible to obtain one.
Previous surveillance experience, preferably in a gaming environment, is an asset.
