The Mustard Seed is hiring a Housing Focused Shelter Worker for the morning shift in Medicine Hat. This fixed-term role supports shelter guests with housing connections, crisis response, and case management to help achieve sustainable exits from the shelter.
You will work on a 3–4 caseload and participate in daily documentation, safety protocols, and collaboration with staff to ensure dignified, trauma-informed support for participants.
