QUALIFICATIONS

Previous housekeeping experience and knowledge of building cleaning products and systems.

WHIMIS training

Ability to attend work on a regular and consistent basis

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION and SKILLS:

Grade 12 education

Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Exhibit ability to work as a team member for the betterment of the building for Residents.

Ability to maintain a protected and harmonious working setting by demonstrating competent work ethic, effective horizontal and vertical relationships within the facility

PHYSICAL AND MENTAL DEMANDS:
Heavy lifting is required. Use of proper body mechanics.
Ability to prioritize is essential. Awareness of Safety Culture is required.

SKILLS: Experience and desire to work with the aged would be an asset. SHIFT: 7:00 am – 7:00 pm (subject to change), Mix of 8 hr and 12 hr shifts
