CMHA Algoma is seeking a Case Manager to deliver community-based case management services for individuals with mental health and/or substance use disorders. You will assess needs, coordinate supports, and help clients connect to resources in their settings.
The role requires collaboration with clients and service providers, with emphasis on recovery, empowerment, and culturally sensitive practices. A valid driver’s license is preferred.
