Banff Lodging Company is seeking a Chef de Partie to supervise a kitchen section and ensure high-quality dish preparation and presentation. You will report to the Sous Chef, lead the team, uphold food safety standards, and contribute to an exceptional dining experience for guests.
The role requires at least 2 years in a hot-side role, ability to work in a quick-paced A la Carte setting, and a adaptable schedule including weekends and holidays.
