Maintain Ontario and federal minute books and corporate records.
Prepare annual and organizational resolutions.
Conduct corporate searches, due diligence, and business name registrations.
Assist with corporate transactions, reorganizations, financing, and closings.
Liaise with clients, lawyers, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
Manage multiple files while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy.

Qualifications 10+ years of Corporate/Commercial Law Clerk experience in a law firm.
Robust knowledge of the OBCA, CBCA, and corporate procedures.
