This position is essential for providing professional clerical and receptionist support in our community. As the Concierge, you will greet visitors, handle phone inquiries, and manage mail distribution efficiently. Excellent communication and customer service skills are crucial for interacting with residents and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors warmly and assist with inquiries
• Answer incoming calls and relay messages promptly
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail processes
• Provide skilled interaction with residents and families
• Perform additional assigned tasks as needed
Requirements:
