MWC seeks a Director of Operations to lead the Operations Department and sit on the Leadership Team. The role partners with the General Secretary to advance MWC's mission and strategic priorities, overseeing finance, HR, IT, archives, and administration.

The position includes responsibility for financial planning, reporting, and compliance, manages North American offices, and directs employee services and policy development in a collaborative, mission-driven workplace.
