Duties
Supervise daily restaurant activities, ensuring smooth operations from food preparation to serving customers
Lead and motivate team members, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to enhance their skills
Oversee food handling procedures, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and sanitation regulations
Manage cash handling processes, including POS transactions using Micros POS systems and bartending operations when necessary
Coordinate food preparation and cooking to maintain quality standards and timely service
Conduct interviews for potential recent hires, participate in onboarding processes,



and assist with team scheduling
Uphold excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere

Skills
Proven experience supervising in a food service or restaurant setting with strong leadership capabilities
Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety protocols
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cash handling procedures
Excellent communication skills for effective team management and customer interactions
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Experience with restaurant management tasks including inventory control, staff scheduling, and quality assurance
Background in hospitality or hotel industry settings is a plus; bartending or barista experience is advantageous
