The Smithers Community Services Association ELMS program is seeking a part time Newcomer Information & Support Worker to provide information, orientation and referrals to newcomers. You will assist with settlement plans, connect clients to community resources, and support workshops and events in a client-centered setting.
Responsibilities include case management support, collaboration with service providers, and ensuring timely reporting and data entry.
