Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to promote fundraising solutions
• Build relationships while understanding customer needs




• Meet outreach goals and maintain exceptional service
• Reconnect with past customers to reengage them
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Requirements:
• Full availability from August 31 to December 11, 2026
• Minimum 6 months experience in customer service
• Robust communication and active listening skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Familiarity with outbound calling and sales support
