This role is focused on overseeing the Christmas Kettle campaign staff and volunteers. You will assist in promoting and coordinating activities, manage scheduling, and ensure kettle security. Excellent interpersonal skills and a solid work ethic are essential for successfully fulfilling responsibilities and fostering teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and coordinate Christmas Kettle Campaign activities
• Oversee operations and scheduling of volunteers
• Support orientation and performance management of staff




• Maintain inventory of kettle supplies at locations
• Respond to absence emergencies and coverage needs
Requirements:
• Completed High School or equivalent education
• Minimum 1 year in community-based programs
• Valid Ontario Class 'G' Driver’s License required
• Strong skills in office administration and MS Office
• Ability to lift/move up to 20 lbs safely
