Anthem Properties Group is seeking a seasoned accounting leader to review monthly financial packages for allocated properties and oversee year-end CAM and tax reconciliations. You will mentor accountants and collaborate with property management, asset management, leasing, and finance to ensure accurate reporting.
You will lead cash management, budgeting, and forecasting processes while supporting acquisitions and system enhancements, driving efficiency and precision in a rapid-paced workplace.
