Responsibilities
Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs and preferences
Administer medications accurately following prescribed schedules and instructions
Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being
Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, and organization to maintain a safe environment
Support clients with mobility and transfer techniques, including heavy lifting when necessary




Document care activities thoroughly and communicate any changes in condition to supervisors or healthcare specialists

Experience
Prior experience in assisted living, nursing home settings, or home care environments preferred
Demonstrated patient care skills with seniors or individuals with disabilities
Knowledge of dementia, hospice care, and general caregiving best practices
Experience working with diverse populations, especially Spanish-speaking clients
Familiarity with medication administration and basic nursing procedures
Ability to perform physical tasks such as heavy lifting and assisting with mobility safely
Solid communication skills in both Spanish and English are highly desirable
