AgeCare is seeking a Personal Support Worker (PSW) to provide resident care according to care plans, support a protected and secure setting, and assist in identifying resident needs within our Ontario communities.
In this role you will monitor care to ensure alignment with the plan, document care information, attend in-service sessions and workshops, assist in onboarding current staff, and strictly follow IPAC policies. Salary: $26.48 per hour.
