About the Role

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Sourcing Data Analyst to support sourcing, forecasting, reporting, and vendor data management initiatives within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive data accuracy, reporting efficiency, and strategic decision-making through analytics and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain and optimize demand tracking databases and sourcing data tools
Develop forecasting models, KPI dashboards, and reporting tools to support business decisions
Conduct spend analysis and pricing analysis to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and sourcing insights
Support vendor onboarding, item creation, and ERP data maintenance
Ensure pricing updates and supplier information are accurately reflected within internal systems
Collaborate with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams to resolve discrepancies and support rebate collection initiatives
Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to sourcing analytics, reporting, and digital tools
Partner cross-functionally with operations, procurement, finance, and supply chain teams

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain,



Economics, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field
2+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or a related analytical role
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and provide actionable insights
Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, formulas, and lookups
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools is considered an asset
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
