We’re looking for a reliable, experienced construction labourer to join our crew. You don’t need to be a licensed carpenter, but you do need practical construction skills, a willingness to learn, and pride in your work.
What you’ll do
Assist with residential construction and renovation projects.
Complete demolition, site preparation, material handling, and general construction tasks.
Assist with framing, flooring, trim, and other work based on your experience.
Safely operate hand and power tools.
Keep job sites clean, organized, and protected.
Follow instructions and work independently on assigned tasks.
What we’re looking for:
Previous hands-on construction or renovation experience.
Confidence using common construction tools.
Reliable transportation to job sites.
Consistent attendance and punctuality.
Ability to handle the physical demands of construction work and work safely on ladders.
A positive attitude and respect for coworkers, clients, and their homes.
Attention to detail and a willingness to take direction.
