The Simulation

Specialist will work closely with healthcare teams and lead faculty development initiatives.

Your mission includes advancing trauma-informed practices and evaluating the effectiveness of simulation training across various platforms, including both physical and virtual environments. Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver high-quality simulation education programs
Lead virtual training and asynchronous digital simulations




Conduct needs assessments for clinical practice gaps
Maintain best practices and accreditation standards
Collaborate with stakeholders to promote equitable education Requirements:
Master’s degree in healthcare, education, or related field
Minimum three years in clinical education or simulation
Experience with diverse educational stakeholders
Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning theories
