Join our energetic team as a Shift Leader and become the driving force behind delivering exceptional food ! In this role, you will lead daily operations, supervise team members, and ensure that every guest receives top-notch hospitality. Your leadership will inspire teamwork, uphold food safety standards, and maintain a lively, welcoming workplace. Full and part time available. mainly morning shifts starting from 10am, few evening shifts available as well.

Duties
Oversee daily restaurant operations during your shift, ensuring smooth service flow and high-quality food preparation.
Supervise and motivate team members, providing guidance on food handling, cooking techniques, and customer service excellence.
Manage cash handling procedures and operate POS systems
Assist with food preparation tasks, including cooking and ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
Support hiring efforts by participating in interviewing prospective team members and onboarding recent staff.
Ensure compliance with health regulations, food safety protocols, and proper kitchen sanitation practices.
Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly to maintain a positive dining experience.
Lead by example in hospitality,



serving guests with enthusiasm while fostering a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications
Proven experience in food service or restaurant management, including supervising teams in fast-paced environments.
Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards.
Experience with POS systems and cash handling
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
Background in hospitality, including customer service, serving, bartending, or barista roles preferred.
Familiarity with food handling procedures, kitchen operations, and restaurant experience is essential.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interview candidates and provide constructive feedback.
