Duties
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards
Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently through effective time management
Assist in opening or closing duties, including restocking supplies and cleaning workstations
Skills
Proven experience in restaurant or food service environments, with a robust background in bartending and serving roles
Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS for order processing and cash handling
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
Solid knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
Ability to perform basic math calculations for billing, tips, and inventory management
Effective time management skills to handle busy service periods smoothly
Knowledge of the food industry standards, hospitality principles, and cash handling procedures
